Restriction conditions still apply i.e. Downy Crakes are dependent on your screen and the movement of the creatures they are on, Queen Wiggly only comes out at night, Augurfly only comes out after it rains, etc. The fish have also been changed to include larger variants, as you look around you'll see that those rare creatures appear more often than before.
